Peter Godin joined The Nicholas Law Firm in Torrington, Connecticut, in January 2019. Born and raised in Southeastern Connecticut, Peter graduated from Montville High School in 2009 before attending the University of Connecticut and the University of Connecticut School of Law.

Peter is heavily involved in the firm’s personal injury and workers’ compensation practice, where he helps clients facing injuries, disability issues, and complicated claims. His background includes insurance defense and civil litigation, judicial internship work, transactional law training, and land use/property law experience.

Before law school, Peter volunteered as a guardian ad litem for disadvantaged youths in Southeastern Connecticut. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, hiking with his dog, and spending time at his cabin on Lake Ontario in upstate New York.
